If I don’t drink wine, is this event right for me?

In support of our friends who choose not to partake in the wine offerings, we are partnering with Bend’s best alcohol-free lounge to bring you special mocktails and other beverages. These will be available for purchase at The Dez Bar! Check them out here at https://www.thedezbend.com/

Do I have to ride a chairlift to the event?

No, the event will be held at the main West Village Lodge just off the main parking lot at the base of the mountain. No ski lift ride required!

What is the Shuttle Schedule?

We will operate a 56-passenger shuttle service from Bend to Bachelor, departing approximately every 30 minutes. This starts at 3:30 pm and runs until 9 pm. The last shuttle will depart Mt. Bachelor at 9:30 p.m. It can only accommodate 56 people. Don’t wait till the very end!

Bend Parking / Shuttle Pickup is 118 SW Columbia St., Bend, OR, 97702. This is on the corner of Columbia St. and Shevlin Hixon Dr.

Are tickets refundable?

There are no ticket refunds of any kind. However, you may gift/sell your tickets to anyone you wish!

Can you meet my dietary needs?

Due to the scope of this event, we are unable to make alternative menus. However, some dishes will be naturally gluten-free, dairy-free, or vegetarian, which will be denoted at the chef stations.

Can I park my RV at the Mount Bachelor parking lot?

When do the doors open?

VIP admission opens at 4:00 pm, and General Admission opens at 5:00 pm.

What is the dress Code?

We have so few opportunities to dress up in Bend, so take this one!

Of course, you can always wear whatever you feel comfortable in.

Can I bring my dog?

Although we are animal lovers as well, unfortunately, you are not allowed to bring pets to the event.

Can I purchase bottles from the wineries to take home?

Lots of wineries will have bottles on sale for consumption at home, or they will direct you to their purchasing options.

Do I need to print out my physical ticket?

No need! The digital form will work.

Is this a 21 and over event?

Yes, per Oregon liquor permission rules, this is a 21+ event.
