Hello!

We will need approximately 60 volunteers to help us pull off this exciting event.

We are committed to having every volunteer attend the event with a complimentary ticket pass, valued at $250. Many events like this provide sandwiches in the breakroom while the attendees eat caviar. This doesn’t sit right with us. We want you to be able to experience all the food and some of the wine, haha!

To accomplish this, we need double the number of volunteers!

The ask:

We will need every volunteer to be available to work the following:

All day (8 hours) either Thursday, September 25, 2025, or Friday, September 26, 2025 for set up, flower arranging, food prep, decorating, hanging signage etc.. There will be a volunteer orientation and training meeting each day.

Plus half the event. On Saturday, September 27, 2025, the shifts will be 2 pm - 6:30 pm or 6:00 pm - 10:30 pm.

Plus, 30 volunteers will help break down on Sunday, September 28, 2025. When we are done, we will have a celebratory party for the whole team!

We are prioritizing including volunteers who could not attend this event otherwise.
